estavisa-usa.com website is operated by a private company dedicated to help travelers apply for U.S. travel visas. We are not affiliated with any government agency or airline.
Refund is only possible in case your application has not been submitted to Govt Authorities at the time of your refund/cancellation request. Once the application has been submitted to the Govt Authorities for processing your eVisa, no refund will be possible. If your application is rejected by the Govt Authorities we are unable to provide a refund and you will have to apply to the local Embassy for a tourist / business visa which will incur additional charges. Your fee will be refunded by request in case of any errors or omissions from our side. In case of any data is entered by you is wrong and the application already has been submitted to the Govt authorities, then the application fee can not be refunded and you will need to make a fresh application with fresh payment of the application fee.

Description of Service
- estavisa-usa.com combines experience with reasonable skill and care when processing your Travel Authorization application. Your application is quality checked twice by multiple travel advisers against a list of known and typical mistakes. Please note that estavisa-usa.com does not take any responsibility for incorrect application submitted.
- You may contact our support team through email@example.com before and after orders have been submitted. Our helpdesk replies to all inquiries within 24 hours
- Should your Travel Authorization not be approved, you will have to apply for a U.S. Tourist Visa. In this event you we will receive a full refund, and there will be no other charge for our services.
- Upon the successful processing of your application, we will send you the authorization number to your email ID provided in the application form. Check your junk mail or Spam folder in your email in box, while it may take some time for processing of your application. If you have still not received any email from us, please notify us by email for further information.
Currency & Fees
There is no cost to browse our website or to contact us if you have any questions. The only charge we have is related to the Service provided to help you apply for a US travel visa. Our Service fee per submission is $49.00 USD. Payments can only be made online with a VISA or MasterCard. We accept both debit and credit cards.
All products and services are in United States dollars. Depending on the currency of your bank or credit card company, you may be charged in your local currency. Foreign transaction and cross border fees may be charged by your bank or credit card company.
Without explicit approval from our Legal Department no one is allowed to copy , reproduce, or distribute parts of our website, those who try to copy or reproduce our website or any of our internal pages will obtain a legal action to the fullest extent as per the law.
